This last week has been very good. I have been so busy that it is very hard to blog every day about what I've done. Last Saturday a ran my first 10k! It was good to get it done. I ran/walked it. During the race my calf started hurting, it was cramping up and also had shin splints. I got through it and have my first 5k this week. It is going to be a great race, I hope to do well in it and drink and eat stuff before, during, and after the race to replenish everything my body needs.
